Legum & Norman, Inc. Appoints Gregory Roby as Regional Vice President of Chantilly Branch
Gregory Roby’s Background in Law, Consulting and Business Make Him the Ideal Candidate for Regional Vice President of Chantilly
Alexandra, VA February 8, 2010 - Legum & Norman, Inc., an Associa Company, is pleased to announce Mr. Gregory Roby, CMCA, AMS has been promoted to Regional Vice President. As a Regional Vice President, Mr. Roby will assume responsibility for the operations of Legum & Norman’s Regional Office located in Chantilly, Virginia.
Mr. Roby joined the Legum & Norman team in 2005 as a site manager at a condominium located in Washington, DC. Mr. Roby quickly progressed to a position in portfolio management and took on a number of high profile communities with ease - embodying Legum & Norman’s motto- Setting the Standard. In addition to his work as a portfolio manager, Mr. Roby also assists in training programs for new employees, and frequently mentors new Community Managers.
Prior to working in the community association industry, Mr. Roby practiced law for nine years. He has also worked in the non-profit sector for several years and provided consulting services to foundations involved in the national arts and humanities community. Mr. Roby is a member of the Bar Association in Kansas and Washington, DC and has been awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation (CMCA®), and the Association Management Specialist (AMS™) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
