Morgan Creek Owners Association Receives CAI’s Prestigious Association of the Year Award

Hayward, CA February 17, 2010 - Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., an Associa Company, proudly announces Morgan Creek Owners Association, managed by Jeannine Muser, has won the Community Associations Institute (CAI) prestigious award of Association of the Year.

On January 7, 2010 Morgan Creek Owners Association was selected as the “Association of the Year” in recognition of the leadership, dedication and teamwork of the board of directors and community manager, Jeannine Muser. The Association of the Year award and other recognition awards were presented at the Community Associations Institute’s Northern California Chapter awards banquet.

The Community Association Institute (CAI) awards are designed to highlight exceptional communities for their accomplishments, events, and community involvement. Competition in this category is always intense and past recipients include some of Northern California’s most prestigious communities.  Massingham & Associates Management, Inc. congratulates the Morgan Creek board of directors and their own, Jeannine Muser, for achieving recognition so richly deserved for delivering outstanding service to the community and for working diligently to “maintain, protect and enhance” the value of the property and the quality of life of the community members.

Morgan Creek Owners Association is a 579-unit community located in Roseville, CA.  Massingham & Associates has managed this community since June 2007.  Ms. Jeannine Muser, a Massingham & Associates employee for over five years, has managed this account since they joined Massingham.
